Originally, I went to the McDonald’s that is around the corner and was going to order a coffee but the customer service was really terrible so I decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts and I was ranting about how McDonald’s service was bad and the young lady at the counter was listening and empathize with me as well. Not only did she take her time to make sure my order was correct, but also gave me a couple of free donuts as well.
Gave me coffee with dirty ice and wouldn’t pick up phone when I called to tell them. Turned their phone off after I kept calling
