This is the WORST Dunkin in the area. I've had to loop back around and have them remake my coffee more times then I can count. Today I went back and had them remake my cold brew and somehow they made it even worse then the first time! So I went around a 2nd time which is a new record and the Manager, some indian lady, told me she made my drink right the 1st time and she isnt making me another one. So she had them give me a refund. I visit this location at least once a week. The crew is so nice and my order is always prepared fresh. The new staff occasionally forget things so I always check my bag, but they always correct their errors and are genuinely apologetic.
Coffee is great, when they get your order correct. Employees don't have any energy or seem too friendly. Almost feels like an inconvenience to bother them 🤷♂️
