Second time I missed my train because they moved the pick up location behind the counter. You have to wait for one of the very busy employees to stop what they’re doing to get you the order. They almost always have to have their back to all the customers waiting to pick up their mobile orders. This was a very poor decision and I can’t understand the rationale. This place is so dirty. Pigeon feathers everywhere! They even have a statue to scare away the pigeons. You’re looking death in the eyes if you order from here
I arrived at perfect timing to pick up my friend from their train only to find out it was delayed much longer than I was allowed to sit in the passenger pickup spot. But then I caught the Dunkin' Donuts only parking. No line because it was between trains, parking when I needed it most, and a quick snack before heading on instead of paying for parking :) Also super friendly service!!!
