Rude staff
I would like to report a disappointing experience I had this morning at your location. The woman who took my order, who may have been the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. She was a blonde woman with a ponytail and glasses. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and requested an extra scoop of chocolate powder and some cinnamon in the cup before it was placed under the machine. Convenient to grab a cup of coffee when you are commuting every day
I ordered drinks online and received the wrong order. Instead of sparkling water, I was given lemonade. When I asked for it to be corrected, the staff argued with me and insisted the drink was made correctly. Rather than remaking the order, they simply poured sparkling water into the existing drink and gave it back to me. The cups were messy and covered with spilled liquid.
