I ordered a Morning Joe and dozen donuts an hour in advance through the app, it still was not ready when I arrived. The staff at first said it would only be a minute. 15 minutes later, I'm late for work and what was supposed to be a simple pick-up quickly became snarky responses from staff and being told "It is going to be a while." Now I'm out forty bucks, in my opinion, stear clear of this Dunkin Donuts, the McDonald's right up the street has the same quality coffee!
