Stopped at the drive thru of this Dunkin. Waited for the person on the other side to ask what I want, but I can hear them speak to someone else. I tell them Medium French Vanilla Frozen Coffee. They replied do you want hot or iced. I repeated frozen, there's a pause and then and what size I said again medium. They asked anything else I said no pulled up. They handed me literally the worst frozen coffee I have ever received from a dunkin. I'm not even positive it was put in a blender, I think they just poured a drop of coffee... read more
I walked in and there was nobody even in the restaurant working. I waited patiently for a girl to come out and say "what do you want" . I was very taken back by that but still proceeded to say I wanted a dozen donuts. There was literally no inventory of donuts cooked or stopped to where I had even enough to order for a dozen. She left and went to the back and never came back out so I left and went to duck donuts. If I'm paying money I rather have fresh products and good service and this location never has that. My coffee was fine but my grilled cheese was EXTREMELY burnt, I am not sure it is edible. Yikes.
