Hash browns were so overcooked you couldn't bite into them.
The level of customer service I received this morning was unacceptable. I asked to have my bagel toasted twice and got a blank stare. My drink was incorrect, received a blank stare for that as well. I was offered a replacement bagel but decided to opt out because by this time my level of unsatisfactory was apparent by my facial expression.
The donuts aren't made fresh there. Mine was still that cold frozen, where it still isn't room temp yet. It was stale. Worker there was exceptional.
It is a chill place to drink your coffee have a breakfast sandwich for $6
