My sister and I have been at the hospital all night. She is dealing with a rare disease the last thing I expected was to be greeted with an attitude. I went to the StarBucks here in the hospital. The young lady that took my order was rude and very disrespectful with the way she responded to my order. Customer service is very important when serving coffee especially inside a hospital. Horrible service!!! Waited 10min with only one customer in front of me because they were to busy chatting with some random instead of serving their customers!!! Not only chatting but lady was sitting on the floor doing who knows what!!!! Very unprofessional…. Slow and bad customer service!!!
