Placed an order and waited for 30 mins. They said come back to pick it up since they can't find my order. Rude staff. Very irresponsive. Never going back.
I need to talk about this incident. The manager who is an Indian person with glasses snatched aggressively my food from me (everything is on cameras). I ordered a free sandwich as well as a 6 dollar meal, the lady who took the order did it wrong and ended up charging me twice for my order (it’s okay everybody does mistakes). For this reason I requested a refund, the “manager” said they discounted one dollar and didn’t know how to make a simple addition or subtraction. His cooking staff assisted him.
