DONT GO HERE!! Told the woman my order was incorrect and i needed to return and do the order over. The guy at the counter was willing to help and she deliberately put her hand on his arm to stop him. Then told him “thats your problem, not ours”. We have to stop pouring money into businesses of people that cant even give us common courtesy and respect. Never coming here again and i will sugggest others dont as well
MOLDY BREAD!!!
First and last time going to this Dunkin. I was really craving a bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee…yeah bad decision. Bagel tasted so burnt, couldn’t even finish it and the iced coffee tasted so bitter…even though it was a caramel iced coffee. Do not recommend.
This Dunkin by Gun Hill and Bartow Ave., Bronx, NY. The problem with these Dunkin Donuts the person who was serving the food opened a box with her gloves on then ready to handle the food with the same gloves, I screamed out u cannot do that so she changed her gloves. I was born and raised in Harlem. Growing up I watched Harlem grow. I have watched Dunkin Donuts year after year and they are not an equal employer because they only hire people from a particular culture. However I have continued to support the local stores. Not only for myself but my children as well. But I have to say that the service in Harlem has been a bad experience time after time.
