Deceptive advertising on customized drinks Be aware when ordering Dunkin’ donut’s “ice coffees” at the Queens Rochdale location, there is a failure to inform the public that oat milk and not whole milk is used in their customized ice coffee/expresso drinks. When I noticed oat milk on the receipt, the Indian store owner had attitude and argued that oat milk is always used in drinks and cows milk should be requested at the beginning of order. The Coffee roll at this location is not the same as other locations.... way to small and isn't the same consistency . why is that?? Service is super slow here sometimes...
