Incredible service. Order was ready fast. Hot yummy 10/10 all around on a busy Saturday morning. Hope the staff is recognized will def be back.
I asked for a "printed receipt" and was told their "receipt machine is down and has been for some time now." I verified that with a 2nd staff because I got one their 2 weeks ago & I use my receipts for my Fetch App. Also, my matcha came w/o the "whipped cream" I paid extra for! I did send it back inside, and they did add it!
I got here often but the last month they just do not care anymore. Why are we not putting espresso in the lattes?? Just ordered a basic latte…it came out white as milk, not a drop of espresso, handed it back. Idc that they didn’t make a new one but what they dumped on top was not even the amount that should be in a latte. This shit was not worth $6. Don’t go to this Dunkin cause you aren’t getting what you paid for. Mind you this has happened three times now in the last month.
They were extremely slow. They also got my order wrong. Put someone else's drink with my order & never made mine. Took forever to remake both(mine & the other persons)
The worst service I have ever received.
