I was experiencing issues with my app and couldn’t place an order for a small order of munchkins. Thinking I can just order in store I found out i couldn’t and that it was an online only thing. The manager came out and she gave me th small order for free for my troubles and kindly explained the reason why the cashier couldn’t take the order. She had made my day unknowingly as I was having a tough morning. She is reason why I would continue to go to that dunkin! She went above and beyond! Thank you
If I could give 0 star I would The manager very nasty with attitude after they got my order wrong she wouldn't give me money back
Very rude especially the manager!
My son tried to get sandwich and the man at the counter caught an attitude for no reason and started threatening him, saying “Let’s go outside and fight.” I genuinely cannot believe someone like that is employed. Take your money elsewhere and for everyone’s safety, please, fire this lunatic.
