Got out doughnuts fast. A little stale, but job got done
The morning shift staff were very friendly and efficient. Even if your English isn’t very good, they’ll do their best to understand what you want to order. very tourist-friendly.
The person at noon on Friday is sloppy, slow and rude. Spilled a whole drink with whipped cream on the counter. Didn't clean it up well with the dirty rag. Two customers in 7 minutes where the second one was just a cup of Joe. The third person waited another 2 minutes,then explained their order was quick and their train was in 4 minutes. The lady's response was, "and I have to fulfill these online orders". The other staff was just chilling. The guy left.
There were three people working there. Their service was terribly slow and I had to catch my train. They had multiple drinks half made instead of prioritizing the orders that came first. I asked for a refund so I could make it in time and after I missed it I realized they didn’t even refund me. I went up to remind them and they finished my drink instead. Estuve ayer en el establecimiento y mi experiencia con el servicio y comida no fue satisfactoria. Primero ordene unos "eggs bite" expuestos en el menú (pantalla) los cuales estan descontinuados ¿para que lo exhiben si no los tienen? Luego, me decidí por el "chease bacon crossant" y unas "hot brown" (papas), se tradaron un pock en la orden, pero cuando llegó, las papas estaba quedamada y con muy mala presentación y el sándwich por su parte estaba frio, nisiquera el queso se había derretido ni el "huevo" estaba totalmente cali... read more
