Poor service. Always gets the order wrong and very slow even when there are no people in line

The order is never ready on time when I get an iced matcha latte, even if I order 30 minutes in advance! I asked for almond milk, but they gave me whole milk instead luckily I’m not allergic, but imagine if someone was! Every time, I end up waiting even though the screen says my order is ready. I get that mornings can be busy, but please consider adding more staff!
Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life, coffee always made incorrectly. imagine how frustrating it is to have to wait for a disgusting coffee before a 10 hr workday, Literally taste like poison I know espresso doesn’t taste this bad,
