My office is literally right across the street. I usually come to this location on Monday's and Wednesday's. In the morning they're super busy, but usually after 2PM, they're much slower. All i get is a large coffee. Never had a problem. They're a little more expensive, I think $4.7 for a large. I can an XL in Brookline for a dollar less, but so it goes...
This dunkins is terrible. Got a large iced coffee today that tastes like water. It used to be good back in the day. What a shame.
Two times that I’ve ordered from this place and two times that I get there with a bunch of customers who seem frustrated and waiting for their food. Manager needs to have it figured out for the rush hours in the morning, it’s taking too long for orders to be ready. Person handing the items at the expo needs training or to have someone helping. Hope this place figures this out.
The service was very bad, as reluctant as I owe him money, and I ordered a drink, which tasted very strange. I don't know why. I almost never give bad reviews, and this time I can't stand it.
