Always a nice experience very nice staff and the donuts are always yummy. The New Ham and Cheese Preztel rolls are very good!!!
This may be more of an issue with Dunkin corporate because I have witnessed this happening more than once. I ordered a latte when it's 40 degrees Fahrenheit out, and instead of asking how I want my coffee, they prepare it iced. I wanted it hot and had to pay another 6 dollars for a hot coffee instead of being offered customer service. And no, I'm not a tourist. I'm a local who won't be back. 😔
