Terrible, bad, rude customer relations.
Fast and courteous service
The food here taste like it’s been sitting for sometime under a warmer. The drinks are “meh” and the staff is not friendly. I’ve ordered online a few times and when I arrived to pick up my order they were closed and I was never reimbursed. Why say you’re open online when you’re not??
Ordered through the drive-thru and after waiting 15 minutes after paying at the window to receive a cold sandwich with unmelted cheese and coffee that was incorrect. This has to be the worst Dunkin I've ever been to
