Something broke at this place sometime in May or June. The services used to be quality and fast. Not since May or June. This morning, I ordered an extra-large coffee and sausage wrap. I used a stopwatch. There was 1 car in front of me when I finished placing my order. The order in front of me was 1 drink. It took over 2 minutes for me to get my coffee. To the employee with the need to comment because I politely asked for a full latte and not one under filled 2” below the cup line. The individual who then decided to fill up the cup with tepid milk and regular drip coffee while mumbling under their breath and made it their mission to say something aloud….
I brought back food because it was ice cold and the hashbrowns were crumbled and little pieces asked the manager to do remake she did. I got back out, and it looked like she had given me the same order.
