DON’T COME IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE DISAPPOINTED — 0/10 We came to Dunkin’ this past Sunday around 7 PM, even though the location closes at 8 PM. There were four of us, and the two employees working didn’t greet us and instead just stared at us. While we were deciding what to order, they kept looking at each other, smirking, and seemingly laughing, which made us feel very uncomfortable. They never disappoint on breakfast awesome service
Worst Dunkin’ experience ever. They never serve customers quickly and always make you pull forward and wait. I waited over 20 minutes while car after car received their orders and left. After all that waiting, they brought out the wrong food. The manager was unhelpful and did not seem to care about the poor service. This location needs major improvements in customer service and order accuracy. I would not recommend coming here.
