I am somewhat disappointed. This is the third time I have purchased a large iced matcha latte here—specifically asking them to add very little ice—and they simply fill the cup with ice. If I were to remove the ice from the cup, the liquid wouldn't even reach the halfway mark. Today, I made the same request—please, just a little ice—and once again, they filled it up.
