I haven’t been to this location in a really long time..and now I remember why. There’s never anybody working here..and they get the orders wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich, it comes with white cheddar cheese, and they put American cheese on it instead..even though I ordered it with white cheddar because I don’t eat American cheese..and to top it off, the croissant was burnt. Genaro has superb customer service, always takes care of us!
All my drinks were wrong. I am on a strict diet of no sugar and they put real sugar in it so I can't even drink it. I didnt want to go through the long line to make it again as there was a very strong language barrier and slow service. Very disappointed
