I ask for very little ice and there's either the chill employee who will give me more drink but maybe charge like 50 cents more, or there's someone who just gives me the standard less ice when I clearly ask for less than that amount. I just don't understand how Dunkin can train their staff to be so rigid over an already $6.35 drink and then not give more. I hate them so much for that. Milk is $2.70 a gallon but God forbid I ask for 20 cents more of it and less frozen water. 🤦
So I come to this location often, I don’t have an issue, the people are polite, I’ve never had an issue with my order. yes sometimes there’s too much ice in the drinks but that is at every single Dunkin’ if you don’t like your cup filled with ice just ask for light ice and they do it, and no they don’t charge you more for adding less ice like some other establishments do.I see a lot of comments and reviews that seem to be geared more toward their ethnicity and language other than their actual food or for people just not chec... read more
Super disappointed with my bagel sandwich today. Got to work so I couldn’t even turn around to have it replaced. Bacon was so raw I couldn’t even touch it
This is supposed to be a customer service establishment, unfortunately none of the employees can speak English! My order was obviously wrong and when I tried to explain that it was wrong it took multiple times before they got my order right. Dunkin establishments have gone downhill over the last couple of years and every one of them are the same now. I will not be visiting this location again.
