So frustrating to come here and never get the right thing. Even after going back and having them remake it… all I try and order is a large iced coffee with unsweetened vanilla and cream. Yet every time even after explaining I get a sweetened vanilla. Today I went back and they just gave me an iced coffee with just cream. No vanilla at all. If I am ordering it wrong please tell me but this is the only location I have issues at. Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes to get to the window with only 2 other cars in front of us. The car directly infront of us waited at the window for 10 minutes and didnt even get their order and they drove off. It was also hard to order due to a pretty significant language barrier. When we got to the window they couldn't even repeat back what we ordered. So we ended up leaving cause the at the window acted like we were the problem. The place is completely discombobulated.
