Nice friendly employees and great service They have nice holiday donuts
The last 3 months have been trouble. My order is always wrong. If I can find a Dunkin in this area for my travel to work. I will definitely start going there. This is ridiculous. There's one thing to get the order wrong. But it's another to tell the customer that they are wrong about what they order. But here is the killer part. I order the same thing every time, anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week.
I ask for very little ice and there's either the chill employee who will give me more drink but maybe charge like 50 cents more, or there's someone who just gives me the standard less ice when I clearly ask for less than that amount. I just don't understand how Dunkin can train their staff to be so rigid over an already $6.35 drink and then not give more. I hate them so much for that. Milk is $2.70 a gallon but God forbid I ask for 20 cents more of it and less frozen water. 🤦
