Incompetent Employee AKAISHA absolutely unacceptable. She was rude, confrontational, dismissive, and had a disgusting attitude throughout the interaction. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made the experience extremely unpleasant.
I came in for a coffee, not an unexpected lesson in workplace dysfunction. AKAISHA the cashier was on her phone arguing, barely acknowledging customers, being sloppy and unprofessional while simultaneously yelling at a child to sweep. 🧹 I didn’t realize Dunkin’ had become a family-operated environment. ☕️ The lack of professionalism was honestly impressive. Management might want to revisit their standards.
Should send employees to wethersfield Berlin Turnpike location these girls were terrific! Miss going.
