I want to take a moment to recognize Julis, who was working during our visit to Dunkin. We placed a fairly large order, and from start to finish he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t honey available for my tea (side note: if tea is sold, honey on the side would be amazing ), but Julis handled everything with such a positive attitude that it honestly lifted my mood. FYI, this is not a standalone Cafe. It's in a Walmart.
Cashier had difficulty speaking and understanding English. She struggled with understanding what half-n-half and cream was needed to ask other employees. I was then told that they did not have cream or half-n-half at that location which is highly unlikely for any coffee shop. The price posted on the donut menu showed $1.69 per individual donut, but my receipt showed that I was charged $1.79 per donut that I purchased.
