No customer service at all, we just got there and one of the girls said she was taking a break for 10 or 15 minutes and took the other employee with her. We had to orden online so when the ticket got in they had to come back, she got really mad cause she said she is a minor and she needs a break cause she was too busy. Even when there is sign with the Operation Hours they didn't want to take the orders. I suggest making your order online so they have to come out.
Don't go here! They said we don't have anything to warm up food. So everything is room temp.
I stopped there and nobody was at the counter when I called somebody and they said we are on the break but there was no sign of closed or on break worst worker’s always
When I stopped in, there was only one person working at Dunkin, and they were solely focused on Dunkin orders. The Subway counter was completely unstaffed, leaving customers unattended. Even more concerning, the food was left exposed, with flies landing on it. Although the store appeared closed, it was still operating as if open. When I inquired, the Dunkin staff member confirmed that Subway was indeed closed because of no staff, which explained the confusion.
