Very bad service. I ordered three matcha which did not have the necessary amount of powder nor did they use the blender it really doesn’t taste like matcha I hate the service, the people there serve you in a very bad way the girl who is there today was horrible!
The fact this is on the highway and cloases at 8 pm is ridiculous. Its bad enough they close early, but bacause they are at this stop they are not able to sell hot coffee. Just makes ZERO SENSE
I placed an order here via the mobile app on May 30th 2026 at 7:34PM totaling $18.60. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any of the items I ordered and to request a refund via the app (not possible btw). It’s been 20 days and after countless emails and phone calls I’m yet to receive my refund. This is theft at this point and I’m asking Dunkin to do right and return my money to me.
The lady at the counter had an attitude at 8:42AM. Like this early in the morning, she was already fed up with working there.
