I placed an order here via the mobile app on May 30th 2026 at 7:34PM totaling $18.60. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any of the items I ordered and to request a refund via the app (not possible btw). It’s been 20 days and after countless emails and phone calls I’m yet to receive my refund. This is theft at this point and I’m asking Dunkin to do right and return my money to me.
The lady at the counter had an attitude at 8:42AM. Like this early in the morning, she was already fed up with working there.
The workers are extremely rude and on their phones at the register instead of helping customers. Worker instigated a fight with my family, followed us out of the store, and flipped us off.
