Horrible customer service experience. I went to this Dunkin around 5:45 AM, and my order was made incorrectly. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff seemed to have difficulty understanding what was wrong and were unable to properly assist me or correct my order. The entire interaction was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.
Fairly speedy service, cool workers, coffee hot, what more is there to it
I ordered and they served like 7 people who ordered after me while I just stood there waiting. Almost missed my train.
