There appears to be just one staff member handling warm food, making specialty drinks in the back, and bringing the orders up front. The front staff are inattentive to any of the prepared orders in the back. I placed my mobile order at 9:48am. It WASN'T busy when I placed my mobile order. I had to call out the staff three times for someone to finally grab my order from the back at 10:01am.
Got a green tea from here and shortly after was involuntarily throwing up.
This place is extremely rude. I had ordered just a donut and nobody gave me my stuff for 6 minutes and when i had asked about my donut alot of the workers had given me nasty looks. Nobody dared to ask me what i was waiting for. As a paying customer its so rude to be looked at nasty because i looked less professional than everyone else. They only gave the people who looked “Nice” their items.
