Rude manager who seems to work mornings. In spite of reporting pests within the donut enclosure, he did not act on it and worse did not seem to care. Keep away from this location...
Had a very bad experience with the manager, at least on two occasions. He was very rude and had no smile. We have been a regular customer for more than a year. Staff does not understand english well. on one occasion, there was a cockroach in the donut tray alive, running around. Even after multiple people pointing out to the staff on the insect, they wouldn't check it out. It took 5 mins for them to realize the issue. By then, the cockroach had moved from tray to tray.
