I will never go to this location again. They charged me one dollar more for less ice, not more ice! That is ridiculous and then the guy had the nerve to say that all the Dunkin’ Donuts are charging one dollar more for LESS ice and he couldn’t really explain why. It’s not like I was asking for more. Customer service so bad , the lady there was so rude , cold coffee hard donuts not cool.
The worst place ever , there was girl there is so rude. They keep their donuts till next day.
Horrible service, worker with black curly hair, pale skin, loud tone working on Tuesdays has a TERRIBLE attitude. The place next door Kumon is for kids. She is supposed to be trained at being patient. Ignores us and leaves us for a quarter of a hour waiting just to sound ANNOYED WITH US. the guy working with her apologized for how she was treating everyone. He should not have to do that. It was around 1:30 this tuesday on July 1st. Unacceptable behavior.
