Jasmine was absolutely amazing she has such a great attitude and she's so nice it was a pleasure waking up with her this morning.She made us the best oreo latte we've ever had in our life that was delicious 😋 so if you're in the neighborhood stop by and say hi jasmine will treat you like family 10/10 service
We went through the drive through and weren’t greeted but instead a girl came on the speaker and burped if we were ready to order, then a young guy came on and started talking to us like we were his “bros”. Very unprofessional. would not recommend coming to this location.
Horrible and POOR service. Told the Drive Thru individual 3 times for 1 blueberry shot and 1 sugar free vanilla; yet kept adding things that were not on my order, like 1 caramel swirl etc. Also please ensure you cap the lids properly prior to giving it to the customer; not sure if this was done on intention, but please be mindful next time. Food service is all about understanding and being midnful to attention and detail.
This dunkin is very stingy. I paid 14$ for a half way filled ice cappuccino, a small sandwich, and 3 little small donuts. 14$ All just for 1 person. And Yet your app has an audacity to ask for tips? Nope, never coming back here again.
Service here is THE WORST! VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF! I love going to the one near my work/near the Strip as the staff is MUCH friendlier. This location needs serious customer service training! Absolutely terrible!
