i went in one slow morning, jessica was our cashier and was VERY rude. we stood for 15 minutes to order a cup of water and when we asked if we were in the right place to order she gave us a lot of attitude and said “wait a minute”. definitely was an uncomfortable experience and will not be coming back.
This lady Jessica saw me and my friend standing at the register line for about 10 minutes and not once did she come check on us once, we had to ask her to help us. The entire time she was very rude and make very rude eye contact.
Breakfast sandwiches cold, cheese not melted, croissant not toasted. Inedible. Donuts were fine.
This Dunkin’ donuts was the worst, the staff working on May 15th, 2026 at around 8AM-9AM had the worst attitude and customer service. They are entitled and frankly should not be working there if they hate their life that much. My family of 8 put in a giant order and part of the order was part of the $6 meal deal that came with coffee, breakfast sandwich, and hash browns.
