Go here only if you don't want your order made right and desire rude service. Expect to hear a very annoyed sounding "what else" after everything you say. Only reason for 2 stars is the bacon was good. Everything else is garbage. Stale bagels, skimpy on the cream cheese, burnt my bagel, granulated sugar when liquid sugar was requested, coffee is really watered down... Just not a good experience at all. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. Extremely busy with a lot of people inside and 20 cars in drive through! I asked for 2-5.00 deals and she wouldn't do because I asked for med ice tea instead of ice coffee. I ended up paying alot more! Tables weren't wiped down. Condiment bins and napkins were low or empty. The sandwiches were hot, but small.
ZERO stars. Super rude and condescending service, especially the kid in the drive thru with the lip piercings.
Picked up coffee and staff was friendly
I originally gave this Dunkin’ 5 stars, but I am changing my review because there’s been a consistent issue with under-filled coffees. I even contacted corporate, but nothing has changed. The photo shows one of the coffees untouched in the tray — noticeably below the fill line.
