Every time I come here they mess up my husband's and my coffee Their customer service is great. They are nice but they just cannot seem to make a good cup of coffee. I ordered a large ice 8 Carmel 8 cream and turbo. 8 cream is alot of cream, even i know that and I'm the one ordering yet. I've ordered the same thing from dunkin fo 15 years. And by no means should it be that dark or have grounds in the bottom.
Always the best coffee. Prices are high. Order a coffee and a donut pay $5 - $7. Give seniors or veterans a discount educate your New employees. I used to have to watch instructional movies and be tested BEFORE I became an employee to understand rules abd greeting people, etc. I hope there are businesses that still do that. Just throwing anyone behind the counter off the street who needs a job should be properly trained. Just saying.
Price gouging is a reoccurring issue at the Cairo location! Staff are RUDE. Prices change day to day. I order the same drink every day. It's $2 higher some days. If you question the pricing they act as if YOU are the problem and get ghetto quick. Unprofessional staff. I won't go to the Cairo won't anymore because of the staff.
Slow service understaffed and if you use walk up inside, they completely ignore you. I go to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts stores and this is the worst one I have ever been in and it has been this way for years.
Best coffee. Needs to hire more people one person and they don't know what they're doing
