The staff was arguing
It’s a franchise, so consistency can vary. Sometimes when it’s absolute chaos during the 8:00 AM rush, the orders get a little "creative." I’ve definitely received a coffee with cream when I asked for black, or a bagel that was toasted to the point of being a weapon. Also, they tend to run out of the seasonal donuts (like the heart-shaped ones or specific holiday flavors) pretty early in the day.
No matter what I order at this Dunkin, the outcome is never correct. It’s truly amazing because it’s not a difficult job. I ordered an Iced Macchiato with extra mocha and a double shot of espresso on the side. My macchiato has little to no espresso, a tiny bit of mocha, and the ice is mostly melted. When I came to pick up my mobile order - the barista couldn’t even read the labels on the cups after I told him my name.
