This Dunkin is a SCAM! BEWARE! I asked for light ice and the lady at the window got upset and said it was a .50c up charge with a attitude … I’ve never had a up charge for light ice. it’s bad enough a medium coffee is $6 and after 3 sips it’s already half way gone from all the ice they add to it. Take your hard earned money to a different location. The short haired lady is nothing but problems for that location and it wasn’t the first time I had an issue with her. But now I’m officially done with this location. SCAM!
The worst customer service I ever experienced at a Dunkin and I’ve been to many since I love their coffee but the manager, she had blond hair, short etc, was extremely rude. She made me feel like a 4th class citizen and made comments under her breathe. Not sure how she got a job in this industry since she fails all parts of customer service. 2nd time with hairs in coffee. Ph Meter Test reads abnormally extreme acidity in coffees. No refunds. Very unprofessional and looney "adult" employees and shall be held accountable. Beware!!
