My favorite Dunkin to go to. All the workers are great and one worker especially, Mahbub, always goes above and beyond with professional service.
The employee on duty shorted me when giving me my change. When I called it to his attention he stated it's a few pennies and I don't have any. I told him that because he is working for a million dollar corporation. It is the business, not the customer. That should take the loss. He did come up with the change but I will not be returning as this is the second time this store has attempted to not give me correct change. It was only a few cents with me but if they do this continually all day everyday over days, weeks and months... read more
