The employee on duty shorted me when giving me my change. When I called it to his attention he stated it's a few pennies and I don't have any. I told him that because he is working for a million dollar corporation. It is the business, not the customer. That should take the loss. He did come up with the change but I will not be returning as this is the second time this store has attempted to not give me correct change. It was only a few cents with me but if they do this continually all day everyday over days, weeks and months... read more

I don’t know if the guy at the front was the only person working tonight or maybe he’s having a bad day but you can tell he hates his job & is rude . We asked him for just a egg and cheese croissant and he said no then said we can go to another Dunkin‘ Donuts lol and i got a rainbow sherbet that tasted freezer burnt
