Waited 15 minutes at drive through an hour and a half after open. Nobody inside said they were closed or not operating the drive through. Odd experience
always confused. workers seem they have no idea who orders what, and is always slow at helping customers. this is a special needs dunkin
Bad customer service. I was ordering at the front and mid way through my order the guy left. I asked for assistance and a manger because it was very unprofessional and I was receiving any assistance and they told me the guy attending me was the manager.
