Shuttle was probably not stirred. Meaning the bottom half is basically pure coffee while the top half of the shuttle is extremely watered down. So the first half of that shuttle all the iced coffees will taste stronger,bitter, more acidic and will look darker. The last half of that shuttle people will be getting very watered down coffee. It's always this issue with iced coffee being off. Almost 90 percent of the time. You have to stir the batch....also you are not toasting your breads enough, buy what do i know??
Stale bagels, only took two bites and threw out the rest. Employees have no concept of customer service, rude and not friendly. No place to sit, not even a bar stool at the window counters. Loud music in the lobby, all adds up to unwelcoming attitude.
Never get your coffee right. 1 cream? You get 3, 7 creams? You also get 3. Sugar? Maybe. Coffee? Nope just flavored water.
