This place is a disaster. I’ve managed multiple coffee shops and fast food and I’d never let my place get like this. Didn’t get what I asked for, folks acting like they want to just focus on the drive through. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Oh my God where do I begin this morning? I decided that I was going to pick up some donuts for my kids. I don’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts app, but thought it would be cool to download it and maybe start picking up donuts for them Saturday morningS. I get there and I had no idea how it worked so I went through the drive-through and pulled up to the window and asked the lady who was handling the front if my order had went through and I gave her my name.
