I ordered food through the Dunkin mobile app and paid over $20 for an item that wasn’t even available. Instead of issuing a refund, the store just crossed out the item and gave no explanation. I requested a refund and the employee handing out food told me he was too busy to deal with me. I tried requesting a refund through the app — no help from their corporate office. I have switched from DB because their service was ridiculous and the staff are not the friendliest. I started coming to Dunkin and the staff issue seems to be a running theme in Buckeye, AZ. They are always very moody, no greeting and look absolutely MISERABLE. There is one woman and 2 gentlemen that work there and they are always very nice. A doughnut place with no doughnuts when we got here and they were all just talking to eachother and ignoring us do not recommend this place at all.
This place is so not reccomended.. they have no donuts in a donut store.... they ignored us and turned us away and barely knew how to use the stuff. Other people had to help.. this place sucks...
They had no donuts, and they weren’t even asking what we needed, I definitely don’t recommend the place
