Oh my God where do I begin this morning? I decided that I was going to pick up some donuts for my kids. I don’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts app, but thought it would be cool to download it and maybe start picking up donuts for them Saturday morningS. I get there and I had no idea how it worked so I went through the drive-through and pulled up to the window and asked the lady who was handling the front if my order had went through and I gave her my name. Friendly staff, tasty coffee
Poor customer service! The crew member this morning had the nerve to get an attitude with me because they were out of oat milk; I ordered through the app, it should have updated to let the paying customers know NOT to waste their time coming!
