It is crystal clear that this place is extremely well-managed. Terrible. They don’t know what planet they’re on. The workers all suck. They always mess up my order. There’s 3 more Dunkin’s in Burlington, don’t even bother coming to this place. Terrible.
The staff are super friendly but it is always SO slow in there. They never have enough people working but everyone there is doing the best they can.
