This Dunkin USED to be good. Staff doesn’t listen when ordering, they don't read the order stickers correctly. Food is always made wrong or something was forgotten in the bag. Employees are always too busy talking to pay attention on how they’re making the food. Have gone here many times and the hash browns are always stale and overcooked or mushy to the point you can’t eat them. Management really needs to step in.
My mobile order is always done on time without no wait time this my go to Dunkin when I get out of work
This is the worst DD location. It has the rudest, incompetent staff, no one can answer a question, no one knows how to do mobile ordering, no one answers the phone. This is honestly just the worst I've ever been to.
