I have come to this Dunkin repeatedly throughout the last few months and, other than having exceptionally slow service, things have been fine. Today I arrived at this Dunkin and was told they could not make the drink I had ordered through the app because the machine was broken. They refused to refund my money or cancel my order. Horrible service, didn’t get order even after waiting nearly an hour.
40 minutes and no coffee is crazy. Ended up leaving without it being made. It wasn’t busy enough to justify that.
Strange little spot, feels a touch downtrodden. I couldn't understand the girl behind the counter. Perhaps my fault 🤷♂️
