I love Dunkin’s caramel ice coffee and get one often at different locations! But at this location I must ask for napkins! I was told they only give with food, but I have to ask with food. A napkin is needed with any purchase I think!!
This location is terrible. Placed a $92 mobile order with over an hours notice for pick up. Received a notification that my order was ready and when I arrived, they had never started preparing it. Not only that, they didn't care when I asked why it wasn't ready. AVOID THIS LOCATION. There's 3 others in Middletown
Easy to get coffee n donuts through drive thru
I'm tired of receiving burnt and old food from this location. It is hands down the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, I'd rather get food from the gas station down the street than ever order food from here again.
