Terrible Service – Avoid This LocationIf I had the option to leave zero stars, I absolutely would.I stopped by this location and it was completely dead—the inside was empty, the parking lot was bare, and I was the only person waiting in the drive-thru. The manager and cashier provided very poor customer service to an elderly man. The cashier did not offer assistance, and when the manager was called over, instead of helping, she simply asked him to be more clear. Their lack of patience and support was disappointing to witness
I got there ordered 2 drinks and only 1 was made. It took 10mins for me to go to the counter and let them know i had another drink. No one checked to see if i was waiting on something nor was going to say something. I let them know and finally get it and the drink is half filled with mostly cream.
We were just in there 4/19/26 ordered a medium coffee, we just waiting then he goes here’s your small coffee, we didn’t order small. So now she ask did we take the coffee we haven’t even left the store then she says she has to check the camera, we like for what insinuating we took it. After looking through her camera she realize we didn’t have shit to do with the small coffee and gives us our medium coffee with out an apology or nothing who ever is managing this store needs to be held accountable for accusing us of stealing ... read more
I’ve been here 4 times and somehow they’ve managed to mess up my order all 4 times. At this point I’m convinced they just don’t follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS on purpose . Every visit turns into me having to circle back around with my receipt like we’re playing a game. It’s actually impressive how consistently wrong it is. Please just read the order… that’s literally it.
