I'd avoid this dunkin and go to a different one. They are fully staffed yet have no system in place to run orders smoothly, and what ends up happening is that customers receives an incomplete order.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The service is extremely slow, and the staff members show no professionalism at all. They look unfriendly and act as if customers are a burden rather than valued guests. The overall atmosphere makes you feel unwelcome, as if you are forcing them to serve you. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. In my opinion, Dunkin’ should seriously reconsider whether this franchise deserves to represent their brand... read more
