I experience the bad costumer service.
I ordered a large refresher with lemonade and less ice, but the drink was made incorrectly (medium size). When I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (her name is Nicole ) didn’t remake it — she just poured the drink into a larger cup and added more ice, which is exactly what I asked to avoid. On top of that, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
