has really gone downhill in the last year. always a negative experience placing an order here. today i was held up by Yvonne until i showed my order, something ive never had to do with mobile orders prior. was deeply frustrating and embarrassing to feel so profiled.
Good doughnuts, Boston cream was the best, coffee is good but not exceptional
EdiT Seems the management have made some changes and were working hard on my visit in today. My mobile order was taken care of and the cashier made a substitution and apologized for not having an item in stock. Very nice and courteous staff! Watching the cashier go make my food after ringing me out and touching her face first.... Food safety is really important even at Dunkin Also, I ordered Blue Razberry and got strawberry. Never have a great food experience here but drinks are ok...
