The line takes FOREVER in the morning. I'm pretty sure this place is staffed with like 2 people only. I've also gotten my order wrong like 10 times here.

Service has been slow since October. Pure guest services. The lines are slow. It’s not the experience I’ve enjoyed for the past few years. Don’t know why changed but it’s very poor.
Iced Matcha with butter pecan was great, definitely satisfied my pregnancy cravings. My Coffee with espresso and hazelnut shots was hot and fresh which was for my mom she said it made her feel warm inside-hug in a cup. Girl at the speaker and at the window was awesome with customer service. Usually when I come to Dunkin I am rushed and my drinks taste off, but today everything was fantastic! It was a beautiful day at Dunkin.
