I honestly never pick up from this location due to past issues with product quality, but this afternoon (02/04/26) I stopped by and Nick completely changed that experience. He was wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. The way he handled the situation and treated me was better than any team lead I’ve interacted with before. If leadership and customer service matter, Nick truly deserves recognition and consideration for a team lead role.
What an absolute terrible decision on the lady running this place. At the drive thru it seemed like me ordering things was an INCONVENIENCE to her. With the most unenthusiastic remarks of “is that it?” “are you sure?” was I already annoyed at who was taking my order. Was then delighted by the sweetest kid processing the payment! I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times since I live in the area. Every time I go to this location they make my coffee terribly. It always tastes way different than when I go elsewhere. I’ve given too many chances, just going to another Dunkin in the area at this point. I’ve also gotten an egg and cheese sandwich with cold cheese.
My coffee is always ready when I order on the app! The staff is always friendly.
