I love this Dunkin but NO DUNKIN EVER HAS THE MOST BASIC DONUT: granulated sugar donut. They have allll the other types of donuts except this one. I can’t understand this weird phenomenon. It’s so upsetting.
No one greets you or acknowledges you, you have to initiate to order and then told someone will be "right" with you.
Kiosk only after 1pm which means you can't customize an order or pay with cash. LAME
