Very disappointed at the terrible service. Workers at the drive thru window are not friendly at all, and despite repeating our order multiple times at the drive thru, they still got our order wrong.
Busy location being on rt 9. They do the best they can.
Good clean dunkin with plenty of seating and a Baskin Robbins inside.
Purchased three food items - SEC on a bagel, BEC on a bagel, 2x SEC Wake Up Wraps -ALL items have the distinct taste of soap. My wife first noticed after one bite, which led us all to try ourselves a bite of our respective items. She wasn't kidding. Each of us knew exactly what was disrupting our palette. Disgusting food-safe practices have to be at play. Surfaces, utensils, and gloves are obviously cross-contaminated with the cleaning products or just a storage and cleanliness issue in general.
