I’ve patronized dunken donuts for years, but no more. I ordered a $5 iced latte (small) and requested light ice, because they usually completely fill the cup with ice and then add the coffee, which results in a few sips before your drink is finished. I drive up to the window and the employee goes to hand me a cup that’s 3/4 full. Seriously dunken? So as we’ve suspected, you’ve been using ridiculous amounts of ice to rip off your customers.
