The last five times ive come my order is either missed up in some kind of way or i am waiting for my food for 10 minutes, even after 3 people have already asked me what i had ordered. It is not that hard to make a coffee and an egg sandwich it should not take that long. Today when i ordered i repeated my order multiple times and it was the most messed up it has ever been.
If I can give service 0 stars I would the lady at the front who handles orders is always joking around with her coworkers she doesn’t even pay attention when you order every time I’ve placed an order it’s always wrong and I know for a fact it’s no one else’s fault because when there’s someone subbing for her my order is correct she always has a nasty attitude towards people and acts like she’s doesn’t want to be there I’ve been here a couple semesters now and it’s always the same case she’s too busy talking with others and d... read more
The staff are hardworking but this place is strange and operates differently from other stores in the chain. They don’t allow ordering and collecting points through the Dunkin app even though they advertise the App prices on the menu… Seems like a ploy to overcharge students. Shame.
Every single time I get a sandwich it’s cold. I don’t mean undercooked, I mean actually cold to the touch. I have to give it back and ask them to cook it every time.
If you can go to a different Dunkin Donuts - do that.
