When a customer asks for a specific type of bagel they expect the bagel they asked for. There were 3 other customers at the time. 15 minute wait for wrong order. This is maybe 2 hours into their work day so "being overworked" isn't valid.
A very bad attitude and a very bad tone.
Why is this the fastest Dunkin I’ve ever been to.. 8am weekday they had plenty of people on staff and had a speedy operation going!
The worst experience anyone could get!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. My order for a hot coffee was initially processed incorrectly as an iced one, and when I attempted to correct this, the cashier responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude.
