A very bad attitude and a very bad tone.
Why is this the fastest Dunkin I’ve ever been to.. 8am weekday they had plenty of people on staff and had a speedy operation going!
The worst experience anyone could get!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. My order for a hot coffee was initially processed incorrectly as an iced one, and when I attempted to correct this, the cashier responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Compounding this, the coffee I received had an unpleasant sour taste.
