Had a terrible experience with the guy working the front register today - man with curly hair. Extremely rude, zero customer service, and acted like customers were bothering him. Service was bad , very disappointed, and the attitude was the worst part. For such a busy location like South Station, you expect better. Definitely skipping this Dunkin next time.

When a customer asks for a specific type of bagel they expect the bagel they asked for. There were 3 other customers at the time. 15 minute wait for wrong order. This is maybe 2 hours into their work day so "being overworked" isn't valid.
A very bad attitude and a very bad tone.
Why is this the fastest Dunkin I’ve ever been to.. 8am weekday they had plenty of people on staff and had a speedy operation going!
