I’m giving 4 stars because the people working here are some of the hardest working people I’ve met. It was extreme heat the other day and the AC was broken. The way the sun was hitting made it hotter inside than outside even with the doors open — idk how the workers didn’t pass out. The owners need to treat their employees better by ensuring safe working conditions. This is one of the busiest Dunkin locations. Consistent extremely slow service and workers have a really bad attitude, especially one older black woman, she looks at you like you’re the worst person on earth for just saying what you want to order. I even get the same attitude when I order ahead of time. I don’t know who’s hiring these people but its the worst Dunkin service Ive ever experienced in the state.
