I stopped by this Dunkin at around 7:30 AM today and ordered a large iced coffee with extra vanilla syrup. I watched the employee make my drink, and all I saw was ice and coffee being added. Since I didn’t see any vanilla syrup, I specifically asked if they had added it. The employee looked at me and said yes. After I left and took a sip, it was obvious there was no vanilla syrup at all. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen. The person that served me was rude and did not seem like they had a good day or whatsoever. I ordered a large ice coffee and it tasted horrible and my plain bagel toasted with cream cheese was burnt. I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and I don’t even know how can you burnt a bagel
My husband n I came in purchased drinks sat down to drink them. It was around 6pm. It was Easter & raining he went to get truck while I waited at 6;30 the woman came out from behind counter to tell me she had to clean floors where I was sitting I asked if I could move to other seat and she insisted she had to clean.
