I did not expect to get lost having to enter the hospital lobby. They must kick out some coffee outta that little closet of a dunkin. Fast service. Not the friendliest but efficient.
There should be some standards for cleanliness if you Dunkins is in a hospital.
The workers here are genuinely some of the nicest folks ever. If I had to deal with the entitled doctors and nurses that frequent this location, I’d lose it, but these folks are either always smiling or always helpful. They’ve given me a free donut once or twice for the long wait, and they learn the orders of the regular faces. Super chill people who make an otherwise crowded, packed Dunkin great!
