I waited over 15 minutes for a croissant with butter to the point that I just left. I didn’t even get my money back! Their service is terrible, the manager is angry and the line is out the door. The service is terrible.

This is a small nook in the hospital that is not handicapped accessible. The staff is rude but the policies are worse. They won’t sub anything on the menu even if you pay extra. This location is slow, don’t go in before an appt.
