Disappointing visit. Lady did not know the measurements to the refreshers. They came out tasting 99% the juice and 1% lemonade
The cashier in the counter added becon in my food and she is not responding properly worst Dunkin service I have ever had highly not recommend this dunkin
The lady is ignorant. She asks for extra charge (50 cents) for less ice request of iced latte. And told me it was required by company. “If you have question, ask the company.” I never paid extra for less ice in other Dunkin’ stores.
Ordered a Matcha latte but got a cup that's way short of full. See pic - I haven't sipped it yet and it's nowhere close to what I paid for. Never had this issue before, but it's been happening a lot lately. I had the same issue last week, I talked to a girl and she fixed it. However, it happened again today. Very disappointing after visiting this store for 5 years and hope they can get back the consistency soon!
