Staff was very rude and we did not receive what we ordered. Very disappointed! Not the service I am accustomed to at the Dunkins I normally frequent which all have friendly and courteous employees, who accurately fill my orders. We won't ever be returning to this one.
On 1/30/26 I walked into the store at 7:15 am. Similar to other reviews which I have read about this location there isn't a dedicated person/persons assigned to the front counter for walk in traffic. A young kid took my order of 18 bagels and cream cheese. After collecting the money he proceeded to fill other customer orders from the drive through and online orders for the next 15-20 minutes. Why would you ask my senior citizen mother if she wants her change back? That’s just wrong. Don’t ask. Take the cash. Give the change. Also, there was a poor selection of choices of donuts.
I wish they had actually put cream cheese on my bagel. This is what I got.
Writing this because I’m still irritated i couldn’t get my coffee, i only had $100 bills how you gone tell me you can’t break my $100 bill and yall been open since 5am.. and it’s 12pm??? Where’s the money?
