On April 6, 2025 I entered this Dunkin' with my daughter to order donuts for our family. We were promptly greeted and tended to by Genny. She provided exceptional customer service. Genny informed us about some of the featured items on the menu. She gave us a heads up about which items were best sellers and answered all of our questions regarding the menu. Went there to use the restroom and get something to eat, they require you get a key to use the restroom and it’s for customers only. There’s no problem with that but the issue is that the young man who gave my boyfriend and I a key was yelled at and told that we weren’t buying anything so he should’ve never gave us the keys. The heavy set woman working week day opens needs to find a job that isn’t customer service. Imagine telling a pregnant woman you can’t add extra flavor to her refresher because there’s no way to charge for it (even though it CAN be done). Just lie and say it can’t??? Two or three weeks ago when their mailer coupons came out, she complained to her drive thru worker WITH THE WINDOW OPEN that she’s “already sick of these coupons”. It made me feel bad for using one. I’ll be stopping at Northfield Dunkin next time.
Avoid this Dunkin, manager is awful & is rude. She doesn’t care & is only there to steal! She has been fired from a few different locations! She treats customers & staff horrible!
Last time I checked, I paid for my food therefore you tell me what is and what isn’t should not be the case. Naturally, the order came wrong anyways, so not very impressed with dislocation at all.
