I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, no bacon and avocado toast no bacon. For some reason my receipt said avocado toast everything on it. That doesn't explain why my sandwich had not turkey but pork on it. I went back, asked for my order to be corrected I then get turkey and bacon. Had to sit outside for a third time to get the sandwich and toast right. They were polite and got my drink right the first time.
On August 08, 2025, I put my mobile order in at exactly 12:41 PM. Waited at the intercom forever before I drove up to the window to wait behind another customer who had already been there awhile. Got to the window and nobody came to the windows for a minute or two. Finally, a male asked what I ordered and I told him a mobile order (Simmons). this place has gone downhill since the original crew left when they first started. I've been coming here since they opened and i can say the service and food is horrible. They don't have straws, you pay almost $3 for cream cheese and they don't even put the cream on the bagel the right way. The staff they have now is very unorganized and inconsistent with service. I will not be coming here anymore i don't care how convenient it is but i will take my business elsewhere. This location is horrible, do not waste your time going ... read more
