this place has gone downhill since the original crew left when they first started. I've been coming here since they opened and i can say the service and food is horrible. They don't have straws, you pay almost $3 for cream cheese and they don't even put the cream on the bagel the right way. The staff they have now is very unorganized and inconsistent with service.
